The following Terms (“Terms of participation”) appl. The terms of participation apply for all participants of the contest. By participating in the contest, contestants consent to the following terms.
1. Eligibility/Participation
Every person who is at least 18 years old and living in Romania is eligible to participate. Participants may only apply in their own name. All employees of Gourmandelle, all others that are somehow involved in the development/execution of the contest (e.g. Agencies, Consultants, Suppliers), as well as family members of the aforementioned are excluded from participating in the contest.
In case, the organizer notices any kind of technical manipulations or breach of the terms of participation, he reserves himself the right to exclude those participants from the contest. Examples for technical manipulation are, among others, multiple entries by the same participant, participation through automated collective participation services. The prize may also be subsequently revoked and another winner may be drawn.
The participation in the contest requires a device connected to the internet and participation is possible via Facebook using the following URL https://www.facebook.com/gourmandellelifestyleblog
The contest starts as indicated on the post on our Facebook page. Participation is only possible as long as indicated on the post on our Facebook page.
Participation in the contest is done as follows: As indicated in the caption of the Facebook post. Participation in the contest is free. There are no hidden costs.
Choosing the winners: From all comments and/or likes during the contest period, the number of winners as stated in the post, is going to be determined. Winners are chosen as indicated in the caption of the post. Examples for choosing methods are: Winners are drawn from all correct entries, the comments with the most likes win, the first 30 correct answers win, and so on. The organizer will get in contact with the winners by either private message on Facebook or by contacting them via email on the email-address they provided during the contest. All prizes are sent from Gourmandelle or one of their cooperating parties using parcel service or post. Prizes will be sent to the post address in Romania the winner provided when entering the contest. The sending of the prizes is free of charge. In case a winner does not receive their prize, the winner has to get in contact with Gourmandelle within 14 days of being notified of winning, using the following email-address contact@gourmanelle.com with the Subject line “Contest”.
2. Scope/Exemption from Facebook
The terms of participation apply for all contests published on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/gourmandellelifestyleblog/. Contests on our page do not have any connection to Facebook, Inc. or Facebook Ireland Ltd. The contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook and Facebook is not subject to any legal liability. Solely Gourmandelle as organizer of the contest provides all information regarding the contest.
3. Prizes/Liability
The prizes are mentioned for each contest, in the Facebook or Instagram post.
Only material prizes will be awarded. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The prize claim cannot be assigned to third parties.
Legal actions are out of the question.
4. Privacy
As part of the competition, personal data will be collected from the winner. We need this data for the purpose of handling the competition. For this purpose, the surname and first name, postal address and email address of the persons concerned are collected, saved and used. By participating in our competitions, every participant also agrees to our data protection guidelines.
With his participation, the participant agrees that his transmitted data will only be saved for the purpose of running the contest. The data will be deleted after the end of the contest. Personal data are not saved for commercial purposes. A transfer to third parties is excluded.
The participant agrees that his photos as well as his name in connection with the competition, the choice of winner, processing or presentation of the participant contributions will be made public by the organizer or third parties commissioned by the organizer on the Facebook page. The participant can object to the use of their data at any time in writing or by email to Gourmandelle at contact@gourmandelle.com. As a result, the personal data is no longer processed and used. The participant will then be excluded from the competition.
5. Premature termination of the contest
The organizer reserves the right to change the competition due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice regarding the components of the competition or to cancel or end the competition. The latter applies in particular if errors in the software and / or hardware occur and / or other technical and / or legal reasons influence the regular and proper execution of the competition or make it impossible.
6. Other
The competition is subject exclusively to Romanian law. Should one or more of the above clauses be or become void, ineffective or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining conditions remain effective. A corresponding valid clause takes its place. The same applies if there is a loophole.
