  2. I’m vegan and gluten intolerant, was macrobiotic many years ago, felt great, thought I should try it again. My only concern is i have recently been told I need to follow a low histamine diet which I have found EXTREMELY DIFFICULT though I have felt better. I really don’t like my life trying to be on this low histamine diet, I also do not feel it is nutritionally sound. I would like very much to find a better way.
