I'm vegan and gluten intolerant, was macrobiotic many years ago, felt great, thought I should try it again. My only concern is i have recently been told I need to follow a low histamine diet which I have found EXTREMELY DIFFICULT though I have felt better. I really don't like my life trying to be on this low histamine diet, I also do not feel it is nutritionally sound. I would like very much to find a better way.

Looking for a vegan, low fat, raw and some cooked veggies, gluten free recipes. My dad may have kidney cancer and we want to cut off the blood supply to the tumor. Greens are especially important here, no meat, gluten....interested in your year plan
