Am facut reteta asta de piscoturi invelite in crema de curmale acum ceva timp si aproape uitasem sa o impartasesc si cu voi! Am avut pofta de ceva dulce, care sa se faca rapid, sa nu necesite copt si sa fie si sanatos! Asadar, am facut reteta extrem de usoara si rapida de salam de biscuiti semi-rawBineinteles, Costin l-a mancat imediat si abia am apucat sa gust o bucatica! Asa ca, la rugamintea sa, am mai facut o reteta similara. Deoarece ramasesem fara biscuiti si am gasit niste piscoturi prin dulap, mi-a venit ideea sa le invelesc intr-o crema de curmale si carob. Bine am facut!

Piscoturile au iesit minunat! Eu am facut 6 bucati. Se fac extrem de usor, nu contin zahar adaugat, sunt semi-raw si vegane!

Ingredients
  • 6 piscoturi (cu sau fara gluten)
  • ½ cana curmale (lasate la inmuiat 10 minute)
  • 1 Lingura pudra de carob
  • 1 Lingura ulei de cocos nerafinat
  • ½ lingurita extract de rom
  • ½ lingurita extract de lanilie
  • fulgi de cocos raw
Instructions
  1. Taie curmalele. Adauga-le in blender sau in robotul de bucatarie alaturi de carob, unt de cocos, extract de rom si vanilie. Amesteca pana devin omogene si au o consistenta pastoasa.
  2. Inveleste piscoturile in pasta de curmale si apoi tavaleste-le prin fulgii de cocos.
  3. Se servesc imediat! Cu cat le lasi mai mult la frigider, cu atat piscoturile se inmoaie.

  1. O reteta din copilaria mea… cel mai bun desert! Ai un blog minunat si niste retete foarte atent facute, Ruxandra! Pe mine cel putin ma ajuta foarte mult retetele tale sa mananc mai sanatos si sa trec la vegetarianism. Multumesc din suflet!
