Ador reteta asta! Pe cat e de simpla, pe atat e de gustoasa! Eu oricum sunt innebunita dupa astfel de aperitive (vezi humus, baba ganoush si altele inrudite), insa reteta asta de fasole batuta chiar are ceva special si o pot considera de departe una dintre cele mai bune create de mine pana acum. 🙂

V-am mai povestit eu despre galbiori in reteta de tarta de spaghete cu galbioriin care mi-am declarat dragostea vesnica pentru aceste minunate ciuperci! In acest caz am decis sa le combin cu vin alb, condimente alese! A iesit perfect.

Reteta de fasole batuta cu galbiori si vin alb este un aperitiv rapid, gata in doar 10 minute! Are o textura atat cremoasa cat si "carnoasa" si o aroma subtila de vin.

Ingredients
  • 1 conserva de 800g cu fasole alba cu boabe mari (Poti sa folosesti si fasole uscata; In acest caz foloseste 350-400g de fasole boabe, puse la inmuiat si fierte bine)
  • 2 cani galbiori, curatati si feliati
  • ½ pahar de vin alb
  • ½ ceapa medie, maruntita
  • sucul de la jumatate de lamaie
  • 3 catei de usturoi, pisati
  • 2 Linguri ulei de masline
  • ½ lingurita piper alb, macinat (Recomand piperul alb si nu cel negru. Are o aroma mult mai placuta.)
  • 1 lingurita cimbru uscat
  • sare, dupa gust
  • apa
Instructions
  1. Pune fasolea fiarta, sucul de lamaie, sarea, piperul alb, usturoiul, uleiul de masline si putina apa in robotul de bucatarie.
  2. Proceseaza-le pana devin pasta fina.
  3. Incinge o lingura de ulei de masline intr-o tigaie mica.
  4. Adauga ceapa si soteaz-o un minut.
  5. Adauga ciupercile feliate, vinul si cimbrul.
  6. Soteaza-le inca 5 minute.
  7. Pune fasolea batuta intr-un bol. Adauga galbiorii sotati peste, alaturi de sosul ramas in tava.
  8. Adauga ierburi proaspete. (optional)
