We all know that even though bananas may contain more calories than other fruits, they also contain some enzymes that help you burn belly fat! Carob powder is also excellent in diets, not to mention flax seeds which contain lots of good fats and will help you lose those extra pounds.
This breakfast dessert is also packed with lots of fibers. Granola/Muesli is an excellent choice for breakfast but not many are fans of granola so this is a great way of eating your daily dose of fibers without knowing! You won’t even notice it because the chocolately taste takes over!
Check out the recipe below and leave me your feedback! Let me know if you liked it as much as I did or if it needs any improvements. Hugs!!

Buna Flavia! Ce putere are blenderul? :)

Semintele de in trebuie lasate la inmuiat toata noaptea? Also, are ceva daca fac cu banane necongelate?

Thank you! I estimate that it has about 300kcal per serving which I think is pretty low calorie for a breakfast but on the same time it's very filling and packed with nutrients.
