I’ve heard about The Healing Code book, about two weeks ago on a vegetarians Facebook group. I read the book review and it seemed interesting, so I decided to buy it and read it myself. I loved it and decided to share my opinion on this book with you.

I was a bit skeptical at first. There are many people on the internet who sell miracle cures, but The Healing Code book is nothing like that. There are some really interesting ideas and principles presented in this book, which will surely help you a lot in dealing with your health or emotional problems.

I cannot confirm that it works because I’ve been doing the healing code for only a couple of days, but what I can say is that I feel a lot calmer, peaceful and happier after I practice it. I will come with an update in about 2-3 weeks. Until then, here’s what this book is really about.

The Healing Code is your healing kit for life–to heal the issues you know about, and the ones you don’t. In 2001, Dr. Alex Loyd discovered how to activate a physical function built into the body that consistently and predictably removes the source of 95% of all illness and disease so that the neuro-immune system takes over its job of healing whatever is wrong with the body.

Dr. Ben Johnson’s personal story below is just one of the thousands of stories of healing from people who have used The Healing Codes.In 2003, Dr. Ben Johnson visited an orthopedic surgeon to discuss symptoms of fatigue and muscle spasms he had been experiencing for over a year.  The diagnosis was something he never expected…ALS (more commonly known as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease”).  Shortly after his diagnosis, Ben learned of Dr. Alex Loyd’s The Healing Codes book. After only three months of practicing The Healing Codes, Ben could tell that he was no longer experiencing the symptoms of ALS.

 

The 4 healing centers:

The Healing Code is mostly based on the 4 healing centers. By practicing the healing code, you concentrate your energy on the healing points, thus eliminating the stress in your body – the source of all illnesses.

  1. Nose Bridge
  2. Adam’s Apple 
  3. Jaws
  4. Temples

The Healing Code contains some other processes which can be easily practiced by anybody. I practice it 3 times a day, 6 minutes each.
