Tropical Green Smoothie

Even if you’re not a big fan of green smoothies, you’ll love this one! This tropical green smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and it’s ready in less than 5 minutes!

I’m currently testing the G21 Perfect Smoothie Vitality blender, so I’ve been drinking lots of smoothies lately! 🙂 I started testing it with the basic stuff, smoothies, sorbets and nice creams and even tested it with nut butters and chickpea flour! It exceeded my expectations, so you’ll see the recipes soon. 🙂

Honestly, I don’t really like smoothies. I mean, they’re ok, but I prefer solid food instead. However, from time to time, I do like to drink a good smoothie which has the right thickness, the perfect amount of sweetness and that actually tastes good!

So, here’s my all time favorite green smoothie recipe. It has lots of tropical fruits, such as pineapple, kiwi, bananas and a subtle spicy taste from ginger. I added some coconut water as well, to keep it exotic, but you can use regular water too. The bright green color is from the kiwis and baby spinach. You can also use any other greens you like. I prefer spinach because it has a more neutral taste, but kale could work as well. Even kids will love this smoothie, so it’s a great way of adding more greens to their diet.

I love green smoothies! I'm glad I found your recipe, it's the perfect blend of sweetness and spiciness from the ginger (I sometimes add more as I like it soooo much). Thanks!
