Are you looking for some recipe inspiration? In this list, you will find 10+ Easter lunch recipes to try this year. All of them are yummy, super easy, and quick to make! You won’t regret it!
Easter is approaching fast and, just like every year, I’m super eager to start creating this year’s yummy menu!
There are many years now since I’ve cooked an exclusively vegetarian (and sometimes vegan, too!) Easter menu. Yes, for friends and family as well, not just for myself and my husband – and all of them seem to appreciate each and every appetizer, main or side I’m putting on the table.
Each year I come up with a different menu combo, as I don’t like to repeat myself. Sure, I have some classic courses that I like to prepare more often than not, but the main is always a different variation.
In case you’ve been wishing of cooking a completely vegetarian Easter menu as well but you’ve always been afraid and put off by the idea that your guests won’t enjoy it or, even worse, complain about the lack of meat, I urge you to think again!
Nowadays you can find ENDLESS recipes and vegan replacements for literally any recipe out there. Yes, you can even prepare a vegan rack of lamb, as insane as that may sound! And vegan chicken wings, vegan burgers, vegan everything. After all, it can become a fun little game to find vegan alternatives to classic festive dishes – and it can be even more fun to try and ask your guests to guess what ingredients you used instead!
You’ll see, shortly after, that most of them don’t even miss meat if you present them with a dish that’s yummy and exciting enough. And there are SO many options out there!
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or if you’re out of inspiration for this year’s menu, this list is here to help. I have put together a yummy combo of more than 10 Easter lunch recipes for you to choose from.
You’ll find here anything your heart desires for a special, healthy, and delicious Easter lunch – classic main dishes turned veg, healthy sides such as Hasselback potato casserole, and even some surprising Easter choices such as gnocchi, for those of you that are feeling a bit rebellious.
One of my most important pieces of advice when it comes to holidays spent with family (when it comes to food, of course), is to don’t be afraid to experiment and to involve everyone at the table. Trust me, all your guests will love a little presentation of the menu, which ingredients did you use, and why. Who knows, maybe this will inspire more people to eat healthier and to understand that a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle isn’t that scary or complicated, after all! It never hurts to try! 🙂
Worst case scenario? They’ll go home with a bellyful, knowing they had a great Easter lunch at your home.
This being said, I hope you’ll find some inspiration in my list of Easter lunch recipes below. I have tried to combine recipes for all tastes and preferences. One thing to know beforehand: all the recipes below are super easy to make and extremely delicious!
Happy Easter! 🙂
