The Healthiest and Most Delicious Breakfast..and it’s Ice Cream!

I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner! It was amazing!! I don’t want to brag…but honestly…this ice cream is so good and healthy… and perfect for breakfast! It is raw vegan, ready in less than 3 minutes, packed with fibers, proteins, belly fat burners and energy boosters…what more do you want?
Yes! It’s totally diet friendly and helps you burn fat.
“Ice Cream that helps you lose weight…are you serious?!” YES I AM!
We all know that even though bananas may contain more calories than other fruits, they also contain some enzymes that help you burn belly fat! Carob powder is also excellent in diets. Not to mention flax seeds which contain lots of good fats and will help you lose those extra pounds.
This breakfast dessert is also packed with lots of fibers. Granola/Muesli is an excellent choice for breakfast but not many are fans of granola so this is a great way of eating your daily dose of fibers without knowing! You won’t even notice it because the chocolately taste takes over!
Check out the recipe below and leave comments! Let me know if you liked it as much as I did or if it needs any improvements. Hugs!!
Carob fan? See these awesome recipes using carob instead of cocoa: Biscuit Salami [no bake, sugar free, vegan] | Salam de Biscuiti, Raw Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream Cupcakes, Raw Vegan Chocolate and Raspberry Cake | Tort raw-vegan de ciocolata cu zmeura.
Ingredients for 2 generous servings:
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen (you can put them in the freezer the night before; be sure to slice them before freezing)
- 1 tbsp carob powder (you can use cocoa too but carob is much better)
- 1/2 cup muesli or granola
- 2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tsp ground psyllium
- optional: seeds mix used also for this “Fiber Boom!” Banana Breakfast Smoothie recipe
Directions:
Easy! Add all ingredients (except seeds mix) in the blender, and blend until smooth. Sprinkle the seeds mix on top. You can also add almonds, walnuts..or any other nuts you want.
It is delicious! My favorite chocolate-banana ice cream!
Looking forward to reading your comments! Any tips are very welcome.

Thank you! I estimate that it has about 300kcal per serving which I think is pretty low calorie for a breakfast but on the same time it’s very filling and packed with nutrients.
It looks very yummy
