Ingredients
 
 

  • 28 oz sweet condensed milk 2 cans
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs large, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 Tbsp butter for coating the cake pan

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 180 C.
  • Grease a round cake pan with butter.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and set aside.
  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients except for the chocolate sprinkles.
  • Blend the ingredients until you get a creamy and homogeneous composition.
  • Pour the obtained composition into the baking form prepared in advance.
  • Then place the shape in a larger baking tray and fill that tray with water.
  • Put it in the oven and let the flan cook in a bain-marie for about 40-60 minutes.
  • Remove the flan from the oven and run the knife along the edges, so as to separate the top from the form. Let it cool, then put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Turn the flan into a serving plate, sprinkle with the chocolate decorations and serve.
