But, as far as I’ve seen, more often than not people end up eating unhealthy breakfasts just because they’re in a rush. Store-bought muesli that’s super-rich in sugar, cereals that have plenty of additives and artificial flavors, ultra-processed energy bars, and more.
Nope, when you eat unhealthy things for breakfast, it doesn’t count as the most important meal of the day. It counts as a sugar high that will disappear before lunchtime, leaving you empty, without energy, and craving even more sugar. That’s not the way to go, trust me!
