You know what they say… breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right?
But, as far as I’ve seen, more often than not people end up eating unhealthy breakfasts just because they’re in a rush. Store-bought muesli that’s super-rich in sugar, cereals that have plenty of additives and artificial flavors, ultra-processed energy bars, and more.
Nope, when you eat unhealthy things for breakfast, it doesn’t count as the most important meal of the day. It counts as a sugar high that will disappear before lunchtime, leaving you empty, without energy, and craving even more sugar. That’s not the way to go, trust me!

I say this is a good enough sacrifice if you want to start your day with some delicious food that will keep you healthy, energized, and belly-full until lunch, right?
